Delivery, shipping and pickup information

We provide same-day local Brisbane delivery 7 days a week, orders must be placed before cut off times for that day. Free delivery applies to Moorooka and surrounding areas.
For all areas outside Brisbane, orders can be sent Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard postage timeframes apply, which is usually 2-8 days. We have a range of products eligible for shipping, you can select these under shop> Australia-wide shipping drop-downs on the website. Some products, such as arrangements in ceramic containers cannot be shipped due to their bulky nature and fragility. Item containing alcohol can only be delivered in Brisbane to comply with liquor licensing regulations.
